Ok, so how exactly does a $600,000 Porsche supercar qualify as a green car? We think it really comes down to the fact that Porsche is willing to invest in this technology. By demonstrating that this technology can be produced and used in a supercar, it is all the more reason to see the development and use of similar driveline assemblies in more traditional vehicles. Porsche AG announced on July 28, 2010 that it will begin production on the 918 Spyder. Besides, the car looks amazing and has an estimated fuel consumption of 94 mpg. Forget about the $600K price tag, this vehicle looks amazing and is sure to offer outstanding performance. [photo: porsche.com]

About the Company
“”Ecolo” is a familiar shorthand for “écologiste” in French, someone who lives a sustainable, eco-friendly lifestyle that has minimum impact on the environment.
We clean, polish and protect your car using only the equivalent of one glass of water. We save approximately 50 gallons of water per wash and eliminate the harmful waste water run-off. As well as being waterless, the products we use are biodegradable and 100% environmentally safe.
Our goal is to educate our customers about the water crisis at a local and global level. We want our customers to be “green”: to live a sustainable, eco-friendly lifestyle that has a minimal impact on environment.”

Tesla Motors Model S

Tesla unveiled their new sport sedan on Friday, March 27, 2009, and already the internet is swarmed with stories and pictures of the new release. Tesla quotes expected delivery timeframe starting in 2011. We hope that the vehicle meets that target, and applaud Tesla for developing two electric vehicles that feature groundbreaking technology and smooth lines (maybe a few other manufacturers up north will take note). We look forward to many more stories about the Roadster and the Model S between now and 2011.

So the big question is: how do we raise $50K by 2011 to be one of the first to own this new sports sedan? With a 300 mile range, daily commuting shouldn’t be an issue, even with the long Atlanta commutes. And since the vehicle is electric, sitting still in traffic won’t put to much strain on the battery.

Well, enough of my excitement. We’ve included a few images of the new Model S in this post, but for more information we suggest checking out Tesla’s site for the Model S: http://www.teslamotors.com/models/index.php
